No Hidden Fees

Unlike most outsourcing companies, we’re fully transparent about payroll costs—we don’t take a percentage or mark it up. You pay 100% of the actual payroll for the candidates you choose, plus a fixed weekly fee to us. That fee covers recruiting, payroll processing, human resources, and IT support.

We Move Fast

Once you decide to hire through us, we move fast. After receiving your deposit, we’ll present several qualified candidates for you to interview—usually within a week or less. Once you’ve made your selection, we handle the entire onboarding process, including legal hiring and computer setup, in as little as two business days.

Ive spent over a decade in the automotive industry.  About 6 years ago, a company I had never heard of, approached me with an opportunity to help manage their roadside network.  That opportunity led to many friendships, connections in this industry, and ultimately inspired this current endeavor. 

In countless conversations with towing and roadside service companies, a consistent theme emerged: the challenge of recruiting motivated, competent dispatchers—especially for nights and weekends—amid steadily rising operating costs over the past several years.

I knew there was a better way. After leaving my last role, I partnered with trusted industry connections and set out to build it.  The result: a reliable system for sourcing highly effective, dedicated dispatchers—at a fraction of the cost of hiring locally in the United States.

Is this an Answering Service?

We legally recruit, hire, and employ outsourced agents on your behalf. While our service fulfills the same needs as a traditional answering service, there’s one major difference: our agents are vetted by you and our agents work exclusively for your business. The best part? Since you're hiring directly through us, our solution is often more cost-effective than standard answering services—without sacrificing quality or control.

What about the price?

It's difficult to provide an exact quote without first understanding the specific needs of your business. That said, as a baseline, our current clients pay an average of $6.50 per hour—all-in, including our fee—for schedules that cover a mix of nights, weekends, and weekdays.
